Financial difficulties can be daunting for anyone even in a good economy. Recent events may find you struggling to make ends meet. Deciding to file for chapter 7 or Chapter 13 Bankruptcy can be very emotional for some individuals faced with financial difficulties.  The process of filing a bankruptcy petition is complex. A filer must know if he or she qualifies for a bankruptcy. In addition, petitioners need to be aware that there are rules surrounding what property a person is allowed to keep after bankruptcy. The petitioner is required to provide substantial information in order to prove that he or she is entitled to a discharge of debt through bankruptcy. Not all debt is dischargeable in bankruptcy and no case is guaranteed. However, being able to navigate and adhere to the Bankruptcy Code will allow you a fighting chance to discharge some or all of the debt that is weighing you down.

I have the legal knowledge and experience to assist you in filing your case. I will evaluate your case and give you an honest assessment regarding your financial situation. When I am involved in a case, I help my client every step of the way from the intake to the discharge. I may also be able to help those that do not qualify for bankruptcy to find other solutions to reduce their overall debt.
